BIOGRAPHY:

Julie Jones is a rising Italian-Eritrean artist. She’s very quickly made herself a resident at The Magic Garden Festival and other events around Melbourne.

Her music is a mixture of percussion and deep beats fused together with ethnic and ancestral sounds and scapes. Her dedication to music makes her always be on the lookout for the perfect track to play during a set, always aiming to be sending out beautiful, unique energy and a fulfilling state of mind to the dancefloor.

Over the years she has defined and evolved into a peculiar sound, echoing her Eritrean roots with honour while drawing up rich, groovy bass lines and powerful tribal loops. Her desire is to take you on a mystical journey to her homeland, Africa.
